[Mnemonics in MenuBar] Underline is black even though it should be white

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. run HelloMnemonics app
      2. press ALT to enable mnemonics
      3. F in File is underlined
      - underline is black as expected
      4. press F to select File menu
      - File is white as expected
      - underline is black (EXPECTED RESULT: underline has same color as text, thus white)

      Note that the underline is also black when hovering mouse over menus in the menu bar.
