[TextArea] Unable to move focus to another control (Mac)

      On Windows, TAB inserts Tab and CTRL+TAB/CTRL+SHIFT+TAB moves focus to next/previous focusable control.

      Giving the fact that CMD+TAB and CMD+SHIFT+TAB shortcuts are already reserved for switching between running applications on Mac, we should use CTRL+TAB and CTRL+SHIFT+TAB instead.
