"Scroll view receives keyboard focus only if no control inside the scroll view content is focusable. In that case all key events are managed by the scroll view. An example of such case is a picture inside a scroll view."

that is for home end left right etc..

There I try to get focus by "RightArrow" key pressing, when focus is on the button "Bind", by "TopArrow", when focus is on "ChangeContent" button, and by mouse (you can see text input in text field). Also I try to do key input by text keys (you see it) and after that I press lest, right, top, bottom arrow buttons, end, home button, mixing it with mouse clicking on scrollpane. I didn't get focus.

Focus is not receivable. By mouse and by keyboard at least.
