ColorPicker, undefined custom color has blank tooltip.

      In ColorPicker, save a custom color, then the custom colors bar is displayed. Place mouse on an undefined color, the tooltip is blank. It's better to indicate in tooltip that the is color slot is not defined yet, instead of a blank tooltip.
