Elements SplitPane overlap with decreasing less than the minimum

If you reduce the width of the window, then right block overlaps the left as in the screenshot.

Элементы SplitPane перекрывают друг друга при уменьшении меньше минимального размера.
Если уменьшать ширину окна, то правый блок перекрывает левый как на скриншоте
