To reproduce:
1. set node orientation of the root Node to "RIGHT_TO_LEFT"
2. add a Button
3. try to changed the width of the Button by dragging selection handles

A tooltip for prompting the size is displayed, but it obscures the object itself. This only happens when changing the width.
