Menu mnemonics don't render in submenus

      Steps to reproduce:
      1) Load HelloMenu
      2) Press the alt key to show mnemonics
      3) Press the 'd' key to open the 'Debug' menu
      4) Press the 's' key to open the 'Submenu' menu
      5) Bug: 'Item 2' should have a mnemonic on the '2', but it does not.
