Users, who has unsupported JRE version and JavaFX runtime 2.0.2 installed, will run into the spinning issue when loading the javafx app using IE
They have no idea why the javafx app not loading in such scenario. The fact that we prevent users from installing javafx runtime if they have only the unsupported jre version, but users still have the unsupported jre version and fx runtime installed on their system with their JRE downgrade.

It is better if feedback can be given, rather than let IE spin forever (without any detailed message) when invoking the javarfx app

      *** Tested Configurations:
      - x86 XP, Vista
      - jre 6u7, 6u30,
      - javafx runtime 2.0.2-b08
      - IE 8, IE 9

      *** Steps to reproduce:
      0) Install jre 6u7
      1) Install jre 6u30-b12 (fcs)
      2) Install javafx runtime 2.0.2-b08 (fcs)
      3) Uninstall jre 6u30-b12 (fcs)
      4) At this point, system has jre 6u7 (unsupported JRE for javafx) and javafx 2.0.2-b08 runtime
Using IE browser to invoke an javafx app
      e.g. javafx-sample-2.0.2:
      http://jre.us.oracle.com/java/re/javafx/2.0.2/promoted/fcs/b08/binaries/windows-i586/javafx-samples-2.0.2/BrickBreaker.html

If you see the spinning logo continues forever, then the issue is reproducible. (also, if clicking 'click to launch this app as webstart', the Runtime error displayed w/o detail)

It could be great if uses can see the message along the line as 'jre 6u10 or later is required to view the javafx content' and stop waiting for spinning logo to halt
