set setMinHeight(Control.USE_PREF_SIZE) as Default in Text Controls

      When I use texts Components in ScrollPanes (with setFillHeigth to fields such as tables, lists, ..., to stretch) the height is too small.

      See the field marked in the figure, it is not used setMinHeight(Control.USE_PREF_SIZE).
