Pagination is missing an animated property

The Pagination control would benefit from having an animated boolean property that, like the one that is present in the various kind of Chart classes, would completely disable any kind of animation when using this control.

In the case of Pagination, when this property is set to false, this would allow the user to disable the animation/transition in between page change.
