When applying one of the Blur effects (e.g. GaussianBlur, MotionBlur) to a node, currently the resulting image will be larger than the input and will include the "fringes" of the blur operation. In some cases this is desirable, but in other cases (like when blurring a rectangular opaque image, as in a photo editor) the fringes aren't desired. Currently the workaround is to add a rectangular clip to the node to effectively crop out the fringes, but it would be nice if the Blur effects included a boolean option to automatically crop the fringes out of the resulting image.
