Optimize startup by loading pre-rendered textures of all Modena and/or Caspian background images

      This is further development of RT-30923 to allow pre-rendered and packed textures to be saved between sessions/distributed in JavaFX.

      Also could consider adding this to optimize arbitrary application by saving textures between sessions.
