Currently a dashed stroke is picked in the same way as if it was a completely solid stroke (the spaces between dashes are picked). With changes done in RT-19994, if an object with dashed stroke is used as an input to some CAG operation (for example union), the resulting object incorporates the dashes into its geometry, but ignores the spaces. So the spaces in the resulting object won't be picked anymore. We should probably change picking to ignore the stroke spaces in the original object as well.
