In investigating RT-12684 the root cause was found to be missing support for CID fonts in T2K.
I filed JDK bug 7076461 : OTF/CID font top-dict not parsed properly by T2K
as we need to add the support there.
Then we can bring that into FX and remove the workarounds for OTF fonts put into the
MacFontFinder Java and native code.
