With the addition of 3D Geometry there are a few things missing. One of the things that might possibly be an issue is setLayoutZ. Some people say using setTranslateZ will suffice, but that is only if you don't want to move that node later on.

I don't see this being a huge deal to add, but I believe there should definitely be a LayoutZ.
