In some cases, release 2.0 may generates forward references.
This has been fixed : release 2.0.1 now makes sure that no forward references
are generated when editing a file (see DTL-6774 and associated issues).

However an affected FXML file stays "affected" : release 2.0.1 opens the file
normally, FXML loader skips forward references and FX runtime is sometimes happy
and sometimes not...

It would be good that release 2.0.1 be able to automatically fix the forward references
generated by 2.0 at opening time.
