node should get notifications about being part in a SG and whether the SG is being rendered

      A node should receive an information about being inserted or removed from a scene graph, so the developer can for example start/stop animation based on this fact.

      This might get quite complicated as the node ideally should also get information whether its scene graph is being rendered on Canvas or not.
