Final dialog is always shown. This is not always desired or consistent with other products, in fact it is a bit of a nusiance.

If I don't have a JRE and run the installer, I get an error. Great. But when I dismiss error I get a redundant final dialog. not great.
If I cancel an install I get a confirmation box. great. But after confirmation I get yet ANOTHER final dialog to deal with. not great.

This whole flow should be run past UE people for them to determine what dialogs are appropriate/consistent with the look and feel of JRE and JavaFX installers, and when they should and should not appear.
