Suggetion for adding the TimeAxis class in the chart library.

I'm missing a TimeAxis class in the charts library. In my product I've
used my own implementation of NumberAxis,
this seems to work fine in current version but I'm worried that this
will change in future version of javafx sdk .

I'm therefor suggesting a TimeAxis in the chart lib for JavaFX

My implementation are found in the attached file.
