Percentage doesn't work in CSS Insets

    • JDK1.7.0_10-ea-b15 and JDK8 b64 on OS X

      If you try to use % in CSS background insets it won't render correctly. In my case it lead to a blur effect on the shape I applied it to.

      Reproduce it by using e.g.
      -fx-background-insets: 0, 0, %1, %2;
