This is a follow up of DTL-176.
When an element is moved or dropped on the backstage area, the backstage extends
and causes some shift/scrolling. This scrolling could be minimized (or even nullified)
in some cases. And when a scrolling is required, it should be animated to reduce the
visual flash.
