ScrollPane: Add support for scrolling the content left/right in chunks

      For sake of accessibility, we should add support for scrolling the content left/right in chunks.

      On Windows, the shortcuts should be:
      CTRL-PAGE_UP - scroll the content one page left
      CTRL-PAGE_DOWN - scroll the content one page right

      On Mac, these shortcuts should be:
      CMD-PAGE_UP - scroll the content one page left
      CMD-PAGE_DOWN - scroll the content one page right
