Numeric editors could prevent ‘-‘ char input when they can’t accept negative value

      According to the spec in DTL-5714, editors that accept a number will not allow you to type a letter. I feel it will be useful to take this one step further and also not allow ‘-‘ to be typed where the editor will not accept a negative value.
