[DatePicker, RTL, Regression] RTL DatePicker drop down positioned in the wrong place when first shown.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Set the node orientation of a DatePicker to RTL
      2. Click the DatePicker, the drop down is positioned in the wrong place for the first time. Then the position is fine from the second time.

      It was not reproducible with 8.0.
