DND an Axis of Chart makes SceneBuilder crash.

      2.0 nightly build #450.
      To reproduce:
      1. Add an AnchorPane
      2. Add a Chart to the AnchorPane
      3. Select any of th Axis on the content panel.
      4. drag and drop the Axis.

      SceneBuilder crash when mouse is released with java.lang.IllegalStateException. Attached the error message.
