XYChart: Not smooth animation when maximum data item is removed

      Run the attached code.
      Press Animate button to start the animation.
      RESULT: Although lines in the chart are smoothly animated, the background and the axis do not smooth jump which doesn't look good.
      Press Revert button to restore the chart.

      Similar results are observed in AreaChart, ScatterChart, BubbleChart, etc.
