[packager] some cleanup for native code in launcher

      this is a follow-up JIRA for https://javafx-jira.kenai.com/browse/RT-38786

      the launcher code should print warning message ("lib not found") and exit gracefully instead of crashing in dlclose. This needs to be fixed.
