Add launcher tests for ContextClassLoader

      Need to convert tests/app-lifecycle/ClassLoaderTest to run with gradle test. That test has a dependency on ClassLoaderApp.jar, which is also in tests/app-lifecycle so that will need to be built as part of the test.
