Arrange commands used with multi-selection have degraded since 1.1

      Scenario1: Open attached FXML
      Select the PasswordField and ListView
      Choose Arrange > Send Backward - BUG - both nodes should move behind the menubar but only the PasswordField does. Repeat the same in 1.1 for correct behaviour.

      Scenario2: Open attached FXML
      Select the ProgressBar, RadioButton, PasswordField and ListView
      Choose Arrange > Send to Back
      Choose Edit > Undo - BUG - the original order is not restored. Repeat the same in 1.1 for correct behaviour.
