No warning when saving on an existing file w\o file extension(Linux)

      Fix for DTL-5267 is incomplete.
      The issue is still observable in a little bit complex case:
      -save file with name qw.fxml
      -close tool
      -open it once again
      -add button
      -press Ctrl+Shift+S (aka Save As)
      -choose the same destination folder, and type "qw" -- there will no warning an tool will rewrite existing file
      Note, that in case of typing full file name (with extension) there will be a warning
