[Glass] Stage Icons/Title sometimes not applied in Ubuntu

      Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (32/64bit), Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (32/64bit)

      Setting the application title and icons (via the stage) are sometimes not applied in Ubuntu (unity). Sometimes the title is not set, other times just the icon and sometimes both are not set.
