[ToggleButton] Rendering issue

      Build 47. Win7.

      In attached application "ToggleButtonRenderingIssue":

      Press toggle button "State: Undinded".

      Check two checkBoxes under it: first and second.

      Press "Reset State"

      You can see white gap in button rendering as in attached screenshot "ToggleButton rendering issue.bmp".
