HelloSanity: Font size for tooltips are incorrect and inconsistent

1. Run HelloSanity

2. Select the "Tabs and Menus" test

3. Mouse over MenuButton1
Notice the size of the text for the tooltip

4. Mouse over MenuButton2
The text in the tooltip is much smaller

5. Mouse back over MenuButton1 and then MenuButton2
Text is back to the same size as that of MenuButton1

6. SplitMenuButton1 tooltip displays similarly small; I did see it eventually draw with larger size by fiddling around with the program
