Setting Hvalue/Vvalue for ScrollPane has no effect.

      D&D a ScrollPane
      Set the Hvalue to 0.5 - bug - new value not rendered in Content Panel or Preview.

      Additionally, if you save the fxml, and re-open it, the Hvalue is still not taken into account when rendering the node.

      Because of this, it is also impossible to test if Hmin/Hmax/Vmin/Vmax are working.
