A node remains invisible if clip has been set while it was not visible

- Set a pane invisible
- Set a clip rectangle for the pane
- Set the pane visible again

----> The pane is not displayed.

It must be some sort of property update notification problem similar to RT-32123, since it works as soon as the clipt rectangle bounds are changed from a binding for example.
