TitledPane Vgrow Always in a VBox doesn't work

      Windows 7, Java 1.7

      Placing a TitledPane in a VBox and setting Vgrow to 'Always' does not make the TitledPane grow to fit the length of the VBox. I have to wrap the TitledPane in an AnchorPane and set Vgrow on the AnchorPane to get the desired result.
