We have two controls:

Slider and NumericAxis, where minor tick count property exists. But it behaves in a different way. If I set value 3 to slider's minor tick count property, then I will see 3 ticks, if I set 3 to minor tick count property of some number axis, I see only two ticks.

I believe, they must affect in the same way.
