                    1) Load a video into the monitor that has smooth, even motion in it.
2) Pause the video
Notice that it seems to jump back a few frames from the point where you clicked pause.
3) Play again
It seems to jump forward a frame or two, then plays normally.
4) Pause again
It appears to jump back a few frames again.
Macintosh only.
Playing a video in the QuickTime player, and pausing the video, does not see this problem.
