currently, a user can hide all columns - after that, the header is removed, table shows "no columns" and menuButton is no longer accessible: user can't show them again (for details and a hackaround, see http://stackoverflow.com/q/26141262/203657)

To solve, either add logic similar to the hack and prevent hiding the very last visible column or keep the menuButton visible at all times.
