MenuBar: focus is not obtained on F10/Alt

      Focus is not obtained by MenuBar after pressing F10/Alt keys (according to UI specification http://xdesign.us.oracle.com/projects/javaFX/fxcontrols-ue/specifications/menubar/Menubar-UESpec.html). It is transferred to window system menu (in that sense that subsequent pressing of ARROW-DOWN leads to system window menu opening). MenuBar obtains focus only after second F10/Alt click .
