Saving over a document with the same name can cause document window to unexpectedly jump

Make a new document
Move the document window to a new location
Save as 'test.fxml'
Close the document
Now make a new document
Also save as 'test.fxml' - bug - the document window jumps to the previous saved location (probably reading the previous window location from prefs).
