JAWS is not reading the contents, but it starts to read soon after Narrator is started.

To Reproduce:

Start JAWS
Run the HelloButton Demo
JAWS reads tab, tab not the actual contents
Start Narrator
JAWS starts to read
Exit Narrator
JAWS still reads as expected

Affect version 8u40 does not exit in the affect version field.
