[Accessibility, Windows] Combobox won't take accessibility focus when clicked with mouse (but tabbing works)

      1) run HelloComboBox
      2) click in the empty editable combo box in the second column
      3) BUG: accessibility focus is not assigned and the screen reader says nothing
      4) Hit tab to go to the 'Make a choice...' editable combo box
      5) Hit Shift+tTab to go back
      6) FIXED: screen reader says 'editable combo box'
