Run HelloBarChart. Start resizing the window making its height smaller. Do it slowly. At some point when the chart doesn't display any actual data already, the range axis (the vertical one, on the left) will display an odd number - like 5,000,000,000,000 which is out of the range of actual data displayed in the chart normally.

Bubble chart also exhibits this behavior. Looks like it's common to all charts.
