Steps to reproduce:
1. Create an application with a HTMLEditor and run on Windows.
2. Paste some English and Hindi mixed text into HTMLEditor. For example

3. mouse clicks on Hindi text
The caret goes to the beginning of English text, instead of the position that mouse clicked on.
Linux and Mac works, and TextField/TextArea also works.
Tried with other European and CCJK text, the problem is reproducible. But numbers and symbols works fine.
