Sometimes marquee selection starts while it should not

      1) Drop an AnchorPane
      2) Drop a Button in the AnchorPane
      3) Select the AnchorPane *and keep the mouse immobile*
      4) Click and drag on the AnchorPane
          => a marquee selection starts
          => BUG : AnchorPane should start moving

      Note: this is not specific to the top container.
