packager: native launcher crashes in JLI_Launch on Mac 10.9

      mac 10.9

      1. install 8u40 b06
      2. create self-contained package (I created new sample using netbeans)
      3. run app by double clicking on it in Finder - app exits silently
          run app from command line - it crashes with EXC_BAD_ACCESS (attaching log file)

      Also, tested the same scenario with 8u40 b01 and it works fine (app started and it shows new frame)
