RTL orientation, ComboBox popup is not aligned with the ComboBox.

      8u40 b02 and 9 b27.

      ComboBox popup is not aligned with the ComboBox, it's on the left side of the snap line. ColorPicker and DatePicker are also impacted. Please find attached snapshots.

      It might be caused by the fix of RT-33696.
