Run any app containing a ComboBox. TAB to it and press Alt+Down to open the popup. Normally, you use Up and Down arrows to choose an item and then press Enter to select it.
However, if accessibility is enabled (by means of specifying -Djavafx.accessibility.force=true), Enter does not close the popup.

Tested on Windows 7 and 8.
