Hi Mong,

We would like to start publishing EA builds of SB 2.0.1 in a few weeks,
ideally as soon as possible after we receive our EA license, which we
hope to obtain by the end of the month.

We do not have any dedicated SQE for this release, so my current
understanding is they will not be involved at all with our promoted
builds. The development team will hence perform a manual SWAT -- I am
double checking this with SQE and will let you know of any change.

We have not picked up a day in the week for these upcoming promotions
and are pretty flexible so far. What are the days which work best for
you ? I am Ccing Yves who is currently on vacation, back in the office
on Monday 15th. It would be great if we could shoot for doing a first
(internal) promoted build that week. Then, hopefully, after we have
rehearsed with a couple internal builds, we should look at publishing
them on OTN.

Please let me know if you have any issue or question with this plan.
